What is this?
A role-play evaluation where you work through real patient situations while your screen and audio are recorded.
How It Works
1. Open the evaluation assigned to you
2. Select a scenario and review the patient's context
3. Start the session — your screen and audio are recorded
4. Talk with the patient naturally, the way you would on the job
5. Submit when you're done — your trainer reviews and releases results
Step 1 — Pick a Scenario
An evaluation can include several scenarios. You can complete them in any order.
Before You Start
When you open a scenario, you'll see the patient context describing their situation and needs.
Take a moment to read it — you'll meet the patient right after.
Tip: A quiet space and a working mic make everything smoother.
Step 2 — Start Your Session
Starting a session shares your screen and turns on your camera.
During the Session
Your screen and audio are captured for the whole session — you'll be asked to share your screen when you begin.
Your camera appears as a small self-view in the portal.
Speak naturally, the way you would with a real patient.
Tip: Make sure your microphone is on and your volume is up.
Step 3 — Allow Permissions
You'll need to grant screen share and camera access.
Browser Permissions
When you start your session, two permission prompts will appear:
1. Screen sharing — Select "Entire Screen" or the browser tab
2. Camera access — Click "Allow" for your webcam
If you accidentally deny access, refresh the page and try again.
Tip: Use Chrome or Edge for best results. Safari may have limited screen recording support.
Step 4 — Review & Submit
Your recording is saved automatically when you complete the scenario.
After the Session
When you finish, your recording is automatically saved. You'll see your results once your trainer has reviewed and released them.
You can re-attempt a scenario if your trainer allows additional attempts.
Note: Recordings save securely on their own — nothing to download. Just focus on the patient.
